An unexpected play day......

Yesterday I should have been at Samuel Taylors, Roseville Street, Leeds store with Michelle doing a stamping clinic . Like many folks we had heavy snowfall overnight Friday - about 8" - which made it impossible for Michelle to get out of her village in the Dales.
So what to do with an unexpected day at home??? Play of course!.
I managed a few Christmas cards - which I have added to my Christmas blog if you want a look here .

I then played around making a little gift.  I am just showing you the box - the inside is a secret but I had such fun for an hour or two just playing.
The image is by Crafty Individuals and papers have been in my stash ages so I cant remember what they are.
I followed Michelles tutorial on Lovin' Ink for most of it so the measurements were all calculated specifically for the contents.

I think I may make more today!  yes today was an actually planned play day - how lucky am I ? 2 days on the trot! Back to work tomorrow - this has been my first "free" weekend in months so its been lovely to fiddle with my stash.
Hope you have a fabulous Sunday - thanks for stopping by x
Janet
