I have tons of brads - went mad for them when I first started crating but hardly ever seem to use them.
The brad I have used on here is a gorgeous one by stampin up from a set called antique brads.
It was perfect for this simple card made at my very first Christmas card class of the year!
Yes you read right! Last Friday I had 10 ladies all brimming with enthusiasm to start on their Christmas crafting and start they did - 10 cards and 2 gift boxes in the day - phew!
I tried a new teaching method that's been in my head for a while and am thrilled it worked so well. Everyone went at their own pace but with no hanging about waiting for supplies.
So hope you have some brads lurking somewhere begging to be loved again - dig them out and join in with us over at Creative Moments x
Happy Crafting x
Janet

DeleteWow Clarky your class did well 10 cards, (you craft as quick as me!)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous card, and the brad looks fab. I don't use brads as much as i used to, but in the middle of a flower they still look great.
I recieved my "Wallet" winnings off Michelle yesterday, thank you for that.

Hi Debbie - I made the wallet my self hun x Glad you got it safely xx
DeleteA Gorgeous card, Janet. Glad you had a successful class
ReplyDeleteThat card is gorgeous Janet, I have 53 cards prepared up to now, I hate leaving it until you're in the 'have to' part of the year, much more fun to do it when you can because you want to!
