A bit late I know but here goes

with my favourite projects of 2012 - I honestly tried to whittle it down to 12 but I'm afraid I could not! So with a few extra links to back posts and a photo heavy post here they are........

This was a little paperbag book I made for my lovely pal Georgy for her birthday back in February.  I loved how it turned out.

This was one of a batch I made which were such fun. I love Tilda with spoon shes a sweetie x

Gosh this is still up on my dresser but represents so much more than the project its self.  The paper bag I used to mosaic the frame is from the Cath Kidston shop when we went prom dress shopping - a really girly day with Megs, my God daughter Emily and my SIL Linda - loved the day and doing this x

Another paperbag book this time with Molly Blooms - representing another memory really this time from my childhood and a favourite story called the Diddakoi.original post here

This was a fun project for my crafters evenings and is in fact a flag book - I loved playing at making it and still have it up on display.  Original post here

My fav craft product of last year was my distress pens - Love them and love playing with them.  The Hobby Art stamps work perfectly with them too! Original post here
This was practical purchase for the craft room - a second hand spice rack given a makeover with the fab papers from Papermania.

This was a bit of fun one night having seen something similar on Pinterest I made this for a friends daughter who had just finished a textile course.  She loved it and I loved making it!!

Heritage scrapbooking - something I want to do more of for sure.  this tells a love story and evokes memories for me - original post here

Another just for fun project - I loved making it and this became my secret Santa pressie for the Christmas in Claxby weekend.

This was just a fun journal page summing up nicely the important things!

Gorgeous baby announcements - I loved making these so much not least because the baby was the first in my sons friends to come along - all be it unexpectedly - Henry is 3 months old now and growing so fast.

This was an experiment - sloe gin cake - I loved making it but more than that loved sharing it - I sent 10 pieces into facebook land for official sampling - such fun!

This was a commissioned Christmas card - I enjoyed colouring it immensely with my distress pens and how easily it came to life.

So there you have it - an eclectic collection to be sure but I enjoyed every one.

Happy New year folks xx
