A new atc challenge

Over at The stamp mans atc blog our March challenge is to use wise words. Still feeling the Tim Holtz love I have played with my TH stamps and distress inks. Im still feeling the friendship love too hence the "wise words". Hop on over to the stamp man atc blog for more inspiration and details of how to play along with the swap.

Michelle and I have had a BLAST today running our Inks masterclass for four fantastic ladies from Lincolnshire - honestly the whole day has been such fun its hardly what you could term work anyway LOL. I forgot to take pics Durrhhh but we played around with dye inks, stencils, starburst stains, mica powders, versamark, perfect medium, distress inks, brayering, brushing, blending as well as lots and lots of stamping. We covered building layers with inks and with stamps and the samples made were then added to a fab file folder to make a reference tool for the future. We hope they went back to their holiday cottage full of inspiration of how to play, be free to experiment and not give up when it does not look perfect.
