Finally

Got round to finishing the birthday books. I had to wait for some 1" binding rings before they could be bound and finished off and I am rather pleased with the results. I followed the instructions in the December Craft Stamper mag and just put my own twist on it. For the ones above I have used Blonde Moments Minasie Moo papers, Blonde moments stamps and a swirly stamp i got from ebay. The tags inside are using a paperartsy notes stamp and some studio G months of the year stamps. Inking and stamping done with dusty concord distress ink and the black is Ranger archival ink pad. The monogram letter on the front is a basic grey chipboard one Ive used as a template. Then all bound together with my new bind it all!All ribbon is from my stash so is a mixture of makes.
The Pics below are the same book and pattern but Ive used blonde moments spring fling papers. Ive also used all blonde moments stamps inside and also blonde moments embossing powder Mango - a fab colour! Ive used the distress ink pads shabby shutters and dried marigold. Apart from the stamp from ebay and the studio g months set the rest can be purchased at www.afth.co.uk.
These are both birthday gifts so i will fill them with cards. Thanks for looking x
